In August 2007, the developer turned over our 352-unit property to an owner-elected board of directors consisting of myself and two others. In November 2007, you crawled over, under and through every building on our property and presented us detailed reports with extensive documentation and photographs of the building deficiencies.
By early December 2007, you had given us all the materials we needed-including an estimated budget that turned out to be astonishingly accurate-to bid the project out for repair. Over the next year and a half, as South Coast Renovations executed your repair plan, you performed valuable oversight that South Coast's president has told me was an invaluable contributor to the success of the project.
