Our Mission Statement:

The mission of DRC Inspections & Consulting, LLC is to provide our customers with the information and education necessary to make informed decisions on their projects.

Our goal is to maintain the delicate relationship balance between all respective parties, in a third party role, while holding true to strong ethical standards and delivering unbiased reports that are customer-friendly.

We understand the difficulties many face in today's fast-paced and unlevel playing field.  It is our hope that through proper information, education, and knowledge our customer's will reach their desired goals and walk away with a greater knowledge and understanding for future projects.

DRC Inspections & Consulting, LLC is certified through the Georgia Real Estate Commission as a Real Estate School (#5334). 

The courses currently being offered are:

"The Building Envelope - Components & Deficiencies"
(Focusing On Wall Components & What to Look for in Your Initial Walk Around, The Inspection Process, and Typical Problems Found in Most Homes)

&

"This Old Moldy House"
(This Course Focuses on Mold and the Very Real Problem That Exists with Indoor Air Quality in Many Homes Today)


These classes have been designed with Realtor's and Property Manager's in mind. 

You will gain knowledge and build confidence for your initial walk around with Clients.

Both courses are free of charge and are worth (3) CE Credits.  Each course is (3) hours long and we will bring it to your office or training facility.
